But what is their average against Georgia and Alabama? How many carries did they get against those defenses? Plus playing bad to mediocre defenses will raise their average!

If you include quarterbacks I believe UGA, Auburn, and Alabama are relatively equal up to this point. The UGA running backs have appeared to be the best so far, Auburn has the best scheme and quarterback, and Sims has looked better than Mason so far and the talent difference between RB at UGA and Bama is not far apart at all.

Gurley man will not last the season

Gurley is the best back in the country IMHO but injuries are also a natural part of the game. Every team in the conference has suffered devastating injuries in recent years. Furthermore, running backs are injured at a much higher rate than most positions by virtue of the exposure of contact. Here's hoping Gurley runs the season out. Would love to see just how many yards he could pile up.

UGA and BAMA are close. I do think UGA is deeper top to bottom and they have the best being Gurley, but I think BAMAs top 3 are better than UGAs top 3. BAMA never really uses more than 3 and alot of the time 2 running backs in a compeitive game. UGA and LSU will run 5 different running backs in a game, I like that but BAMA usually just uses 2. It will be interesting to see how the season plays out. I hope SCAR beats UGA this weekend because honestly I do not want to play UGA in ATL, if we make it there. Auburn is also in the mix, their running backs are not on the same level as UGA and BAMA but their QB is better and especially running the ball which puts them in the top tier. Just my opinion

I know you'd like to think 2012 was many years ago but Keith Marshall is still on our team.

Gurley is the only thing impressive in your backfield.

Impressive enough on his own to probably make them the best in CFB

Nick Chubb, Sony Michel and Isaiah Mckenzie say otherwise. All 3 looked extremely fast vs Clemson.
