I remember when we were super excited about emerging. Went 8-5 in 2006. Beat Clemson and won our first bowl game since 2001. Season tickets sold through the roof. Started 2007 6-1, ranked in the top 10.
Lost the final 5, finished 6-6, didn't go to a bowl game.
