According to Wikipedia Odell Huggins has been at FSU from 1994 through the present. Wouldn’t he qualify as well?

Nope - 1998 BCS Title was Keith Jackson's last full-time college broadcaster game. He did some West Coast games after that, but the 1998 season was his last full time season.
