What's going on with that recessed yellow seating area in the corner? Student and band seating?

Like it but like others said it will never happen

Pretty badass but also pretty small. Will be about the size of Vandy's stadium.

The Baylor Navy? How original and small.

Very attractive stadium. It's a shame there isn't a decent program to take advantage of it.

I think this will come to pass. All Baylor needed was a big donor to get things going, and they got that done. It will be small, but very very nice.
They have some momentum building;this is good for the entire town

McLane didn't come close to donate the full 250 and there are some rumblings that they were disappointed with how much he actually gave. In other words, Baylor still has a long way to go.. especially if they want it open for 2014. The 250 mill price tag is also rumored to be without all the bells and whistles of the renderings which could add an additional 50-100 million. If they have an unsuccessful season next year it might be unattainable.

Nice looking proposal but it can expand up to 55,000?

I will say driving from Jxn, MS to Waco, Tejas is the second most incredibly boring drive of my life. #1 is driving from Jxn to San Antonio. But once we got there Wako turned out to be a beautiful city. Would definitely suggest the Tejas Rangers museum for anyone interested. We also drove by Bush's place in Crawford.

I agree.

That is awesome. At some point though, when NCAA stadiums are completely torn down and begin to resemble NFL stadiums, a good bit of the tradition of CFB is gone. But then again, Baylor has no tradition.

I-10 from Houston to San Antonio and then to El Paso was one of the most scenic and greatest drives of my life. I guess it depends on taste. You have the hill country and then rolling desert just like in the Western movies. I loved it. Would be scary to break down out there though.

Got to find a way to maximize the crowd noise
Don't they alter the crowd noise to make it seem louder than it really is?
