C'mon CNB, you remember how much LSU used to always state how much we weren't their rival. We took that up to poke fun at it.
But it has gotten to the point that even small jokes now escalate into bickering. (by all fans)

I would really like to know what Arky has provided to the sec? Other than embarrassing us in the sugar bowl and the bobby petrino incident? hell, it's baseball season and I didn't even realize Arky has a baseball program. I ran track at LSU and let me tell you, Arky aint that good there either. LSU has more olympic athletes in the summer games every 4 years BY FAR. Move back to the big 12. Oh wait, yall didnt win shite there either.

Bottom line is this, CNB I understand where you're coming from, and it has gotten worse lately. But for people to all of a sudden act all high and mighty is just flat out hysterical. There are VERY few posters that can point their finger at others for making posts intended to get under the skin of a person or fanbase. It's a collection of people who root for rival teams gathered in one place displaying their affinity to their own teams. You can't avoid the inevitable. However pinpointing it to a group of posters or certain fanbase is just ridiculous. Flames and trolls come from all fanbases. If the admins feel change is necessary, it will come. If not, either stop joining threads you know are headed in that direction or change your standard for this board. I have nothing else to add to this conversation, so I will bid you all a good night.
