The RB duo that Clemson has one of the best in the country but Harper is prone to mistakes and I think Tommy B. definitely has yet to prove he can win the big games.

Our defesnive line will dominate their offensive line and I am of the opinion that McFadden and Jones were much better that "Drizzle and Sleet" and we shut them down.

Their secondary is what bothers me, they have two of the best DB's in the country.

How about their front 7 against Bama's OLine?

but Harper is prone to mistakes

No he isn't. The guy had one of if not the best INT-attempt ratio in the nation last year.

6 picks in 433 attempts.

Let me clarify against GOOD Defenses such as VTech, BC, GTech, and Auburn he played average at best. Yes he threw for a ton of yards against VTech but that is because they game was out of reach as they were getting blown out. I feel he threw for big games against mediocre D's.

Saban went out of his way to say that there was no depth chart, first or second team. Players are simply placed in "administrative groups" to make practice manageable

BTW, who is LSU's QB?

Not even going to be a factor; if, your QB is throwing int's to your second string D.... What the hell is he going to do against ours.

Terrance Cody was a beast on the defensive line.

How much of a beast could he have been if Ms. Wilson threw the rock around for 309 yards? I know it was only a scrimmage, but that's an ungodly amount of yards for a scrimmage.

I have just edited my post since I posted without reading the entire thread. Since Ms. Wilson went against the second-teamers, it tells me depth is still an issue with BAMA.

I'm still hopeful that they can pull the upset against UGA early in the season though.

You said he was mistake prone. He's not. 6 INT in 433 attempts is not mistake prone. That's exactly the opposite of mistake-prone. He only had 1 multiple INT game last year, and he threw the ball 66 times that game (VT - 2 INT).
