Are you worried about the Heisman curse if Ingram pulls it off?

I'm not. I think we're good enough to beat Tx if Ingram wins it, and I think Saban is good enough to keep our players grounded.

I think as long as the quarterback doesn't win it you're ok. You just can't afford to have the QB distracted like that.

No...we're Alabama and we don't believe in shite like that. These type games is what Alabama football is all about. We will own Texas and come home.

I tend to agree. It might make Texas focus more on the run, knowing that he's won the Heisman and in our backfield, but I think it gives our Oline more incentive to be physical to finish. I think it also opens the pass up if they do that. We've been extremely balanced and if you focus on one thing, we have been able to hurt defenses with the other. We were almost 50/50 on the pass and run against Florida and have been in most games this year.

Hit the nail on the head, I couldn't quite find the exact words to say it myself.

Everything starts with the QB, no matter what the offense...

I just checked the stats and you guys (Bama) finish the season with the #1 scoring defense in the country. I think that will be the difference in the game. Even more impressive is that you did it without Hightower.

Texas is enough to worry about they are very good and have been in the hunt nearly this entire decade. If we winit will be close.

If MI wins and the "curse" starts, we'll just plug TR and RU in. No problem.
