Doesnt matter. It was clearly a foul on the shot. he hit the elbow affecting the shot. Its a foul every time.

He called a zone play but Jays switched to man. Still should not have called a TO with 2 seconds left. For all Grant knew there could have been 1 second left. He did not know. He just forgot about how little time there was a choked when his team needed him. At least he recruits well. Good decision by Releford drawing the 3 point foul that was not called.
