Maybe because of how they perceive the ACC. It has been down for a few years.

Second, look at your losses. You metioned beating Michigan State on a boat, but you didn't mention losing to another 1 seed, UK. You got clobbered at FSU.
third, Michigan State won their conference tourney.
Don't worry tarheel, I'd rather be the weakest 1 seed, than be the unknown 9th seed.

I think the opposite. UNC is scarier than Mich St and Cuse, and have more experience than Kentucky. Their bigs have the potential to kill us on the glass and beat our bigs down the floor they run it so well. Creighton has no chance vs UNC bc they don't defend. What Bama would have going for them is they defend well ...and UNC would rather take a quick bad shot to keep their pace than wait til they get a good shot.

I actually have North Carolina winning it all (on the bracket that doesn't have Alabama winning it all 
). I'm not sure why though, I'm not that blown away by them.

Oh and Syracuse is clearly the weakest 1 seed to me. I was starting to lean that way even before the Melo thing. I don't think they've looked good since the first half of their regular season game at UConn.
I just wanted to avoid their 2-3 zone but at this point even knowing we'd see a zone the whole game I'd rather play Syracuse. I have them going out to Kansas State on Saturday.

The 2-3 zone is all I was worried about as well.

I've decided I won't actually petition for TT9/TT13's banishment after the 2nd round. He will however need to sport a Kent Lowe avatar (see mine) for a good duration and also try not to flame the frick out of da Tigers/Louisiana so bad in the fall

what was your whole point? Bama shoots poorly but you want them to spot up and shoot anyway when a man is covering them?

I think we can make the shots if we take them when we are open. Our problem is that its to the point now where we wont even take a shot if we are open. These guys can shoot they just have to take the shots

We don't shoot early in the shot clock even if we are open. I don't care if they miss, but you have to shoot it for it to have a chance of going in.

I know what you're saying. But this guy said they should shoot anyway with a man guarding them. Unless he meant Bama players are ball faking open air and then driving to the hoop
