I understand its a dead spot in football right now and any news is worth talking about to get us to kick off but these Auburn fans will point out every little thing against Bama instead of worring about their own program first its so extreme its laughable. Its like the little brother always tattling on the older brother to try and get him in trouble...just my observation these last few months

i guess you don't see the hundreds of Auburn posts started by Bama fans? And if this was an Auburn player mom, it would have been posted on here probably 5 times by different gumps.

Eeer.. if there were Alabama alumni involved it would have been a major violation..

I'm not saying you're wrong, but how could this be? I mean, if a person graduated from Auburn and was paying someone to go to Alabama, who committed the violation?

If you have no actual ties to the university other than the fact that you went there, why should the university be responsible for your actions?

I've wondered this before too..

You do have ties to the university if you went there.. you paid tuition, books, etc. Even in a minor way you contributed to the college.

how is this starting rumors when the Bamerham news posted this as breaking news on their website. Domonic Lee's mom is the one you should be saying is starting rumors.

That's true, but she's a lying thief, so who can believe her? Bad source IMO.

From March 28th.

quote:

A brother and sister await sentencing after pleading guilty to defrauding Barber's Dairy Co. of $256,000.

Robin Lee Jones, 42, of Birmingham and Robert Lee, 41, of Livingston pleaded guilty Thursday to credit card fraud and wire fraud in U.S. District Court at Birmingham. They will be sentenced later by U.S. District Judge Scott Coogler.

According to an indictment, Jones worked as a clerk at Barber's with the responsibility of administering the credit card accounts of the company's drivers. Prosecutors say Jones and relatives used the company's Fuelman credit cards to charge $256,000 in personal expenses from 2005 to 2007. The charges were for personal car repairs and diesel fuel for Lee's trucks. Jones and Lee will have to repay the money as part of their plea deal.

Many of the charges were for $200 at a time, with one charge as high as $730, court records show. Investigators from the U.S. Secret Service and the Birmingham Police Department worked on the case.
