Blame your coach for putting the game on his foot. He shouldn’t have gone so conservative.

Yeah he looked like he was about to break down after he missed it.

You should. He’s the one that missed it. All these guys do is practice kicking. When they miss, absent a mistake in snap or hold, it’s their fault. I understand the coaches and teammates brushing it off as not their fault because there is an intricate psychological barrier now in place for these guys that they will later have to overcome, but missing kicks is their fault.
Florida would have had 3 minutes to score but it isn’t like they had been scoring at will. It wasn’t a given. It was our game to lose. And Poore’s kick sealed that fate.

It was 3rd and 1. You run the ball. He said after the game he was trying to get the first down.
Regardless, we were well within a chip shot. As a diehard season ticket holder, I was fine with chip that in.

If your name is Chance Poore, you probably shouldn't be a kicker. Same thing with that dude named Blewitt that was a kicker for Pitt.

I saw some QB this week named Pickett or something like that. He might have been playing for Pittsburgh. I was thinking how unfortunate it is that he was a QB and not playing defense.
