There is no scenario under the sun in which LSU wins that game. I don't care if John fricking Elway is the quarterback.

You're right Bama didn't "beat" LSU. Bama "whipped that arse".

do you believe LSU had made a comeback like Au did?

Yes, it was a sure thing, but Les didn't have the chest to make the call.

They bought their ticket. They knew what they were getting into. I say let them crash...

The only way LSU had a glimmer of a chance was if Miles put in Lee in the 2nd qtr or at least after the half. And then would have to get really lucky on a few pass plays to get in fg range. LSU was completely inconsistent moving the ball.

Lee + JJ together doesn't even equal Cam.

I have never in my life watched a qb as shitty and scared as JJ was in that game, and I'm an AU fan who watched Trotter and Mosely this past year. I could only imagine how pissed LSU fans were getting during that game. And for JJ to say the shite he said after the game.... that kid is friggin stupid.

Do LSU fans not remember what Lee did in the first game?

Lee at least crossed the 50 in the first game.

Its just frustrating that we pretty much put the game on JJ's shoulders, we didn't use any of our playmakers. He ran the ball 14 times, while our best RB ran it 5 times. No downfield passing + not using your best RBs against the Bama defense....

The offense was never this terrible with Lee.

True. Post was not about them being equal, but Au was down 24-0...where was Cam then?

Post was about Lee playing some and maybe could have had a comeback. Lee did save JJ arse in several games in the past.....with wins....

About our comeback in 2010...

Bama owned us in the first half. Our offense could not do anything. The 2nd half, our D played hellagood and we executed on offense. We, fortunately, had a much more explosive offense in 2010 than LSU had last year. Auburn was consistent on 3rd downs AND was very capable of big, explosive plays that took little time of the clock. LSU's offense is not built that way. Once you guys got down against Bama, there was no way you were coming back.

I was pulling for LSU to do something, anything. A big pick, a big pass play, anything.. I wanted to watch a good game. Didn't really care who won, just wanted to see an exciting, close game. Maybe Lee could've connected on a few big pass plays or something. But, Miles saw in the first game that Bama had trouble stopping JJ on the option plays and that opened up the offense a bit, but Bama didn't have trouble with that in the NC game, and Miles still stuck with it. A poor coaching job. There are times when a coach should make changes in the gameplan, and that was one of them.
