Anyway...just wondering why this got buried and the nut dropping guy became America's most wanted?

because getting clocked in the face is a lot more common and less deranged than dragging your nuts on someone's face.

Well frick me running - that damn well settles it - You (LSUdm21) know two doctors at Tulane and neither know nothing about it.

It's a REC lie - moron.

No, I know 2 ER docs that were on that night. Met one of them for some pancakes this morning. Said he didn't see anything like that come in, it was a slower night than they expected considering and, overall, they didn't really see too many fans from either team come through that night. He also said that a guy coming in that messed up would've demanded a lot of attention and it's not something that would just slip in and out of the ER. Maybe the guy just gave the wrong name of the hospital or something??

A fist to the jaw gets trumped by nuts to the face every time

Didn't say that but these people may be embellishing a bit and not telling the whole story. Hell, Bama fans left the Dome almost a full 30 minutes later than LSU fans. It wasn't even that crowded when they were leaving.

Are you fricking serious?

A broken jaw would have demanded a lot of attention in an ER in New Orleans?

Pretty sure it is because it was on video with the perpetrators face and other bits on full display.

Although teabagging is a bit more scandalous than sucker punching, so that carries some weight as well.

Also, Brian was not provoked into his actions. The LSU fan that broke the jaw was.

There was a reaction.

Was it warranted...absolutely not. Had he kept his mouth shut would he have a broken jaw...nope.

According to Auburn fans, all Alabama fans are so evil and rotten to their very cores that even the tame ones deserve to have their jaw broken. In other words, the fact that he was a mean ole Bammer was good enough reason for him to have his face busted up. This is basically what he means.

Maybe so with those on the internet. The ironic thing is that most of my closest friends are die hard Auburn fans and Auburn grads. I don't have any problem with Auburn or Auburn fans on an individual basis. I just find the self righteous hypocrisy of your internet fans infuriating. You guys (the internet fans especially) just seem to have an unrealistic, overly romantic view of how moral and righteous your school is. I also got tired of Auburn parents believing the myth and lie that my little Johnny or Susie would never take drugs. These same parents assumed and gossiped about and questioned the drug use of the students at my school who bucked the trend and went to Alabama instead. It was ridiculous and is the one thing that has always infuriated me about Auburn folks. Great people overall but you guys are really naive and overly romantic to a fault about your school.

No, but plenty of people working the Tulane ER would've at least heard about it.
