Sell the lower half to Mexico, use the proceeds to wall off the top half.
1) Mexico ain't got enough money to buy a cup of coffee, and
2) Why would they want to buy a place that they have already overrun and taken?

Kansas was added to the list because of a 2016 law that allows college campus religious groups to require that members adhere to their beliefs.
I swear to God its like we are living in a Orwellian society

It's a terrible law to begin with.

Pretty terrible headline from AL.com. I suppose they just wanted to get as many clicks as possible, even though the game most certainly is not in doubt.
Intentionality freak out people in Alabama, buying using something in California? Nah. They'd never do anything like that for extra money.

So what happens if they get a bcs/playoff game in Texas or something?
Unfortunately, the NCAA has shown where they lie here. They've been trying to pull the crap NC coward down to, but Texans aint gonna take it.
I personally believe the road the ncaa is taking will be the final nail in their coffin. Some kind of southern coalition could arise, and bring that yankee organization down. Imho

Correct me if I'm wrong because I haven't cared enough to read up, but doesn't the law just allow adoption agencies to turn down gays for religious reasons?
Meaning gay couples could still adopt through other agencies?
I don't see the problem with a Christian based adoption agency being able to turn folks away for something like that. Nobody would get up in arms if an Islamic based organization turned away gays.
As long as they can still get kids, what's the harm?
And personally I think it's shitty to turn somebody away based solely on their sexuality. I identify as Christian and welcome gays to my church... But at the same time, I don't believe somebody should be forced to go along with something they don't believe in.

California Berkeley is scheduled to go to Ole Miss in 2018. Mississippi is on the list so it's in doubt too.
If California keeps banning states then they won't get to play anyone but Syracuse and the University of Vermont.

Three only thing everyone in Alabama can agree on, is that their newspapers suck.

No.... It's not.
Contracts entered before 2017 are not affected.

You don't see a problem with keeping a kid in foster care instead of a loving family that wants them just because the adopting parents are the same sex?

No way anyone from California turns down $1.9m for a good A$$ raping!

Dems/Liberals in this country might as well be labeled terrorists ... they try to destroy everything that makes this country great.

Alabama fans in this thread trashing California are pretty funny. Birmingham filed the second largest municipal bankruptcy in US History just 5 or so years ago. Governor Bentley was forced to resign in April and was under criminal investigation. The Cheif Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court was removed from the bench in '03, got back on in '11, and then got removed again this year for ethics violations. And last year the Speaker of the Alabama House was removed from office and sent to prison for four felonies.
But by all means, let's hear about how crooked and bankrupt California is.
