Good advice. There was an incident involving a young couple from my hometown near the Quarter about 20 years ago. Some thug stole the guy`s wife`s purse and when the guy ran down and caught the thief he was shot and killed.

I was not trying to scare people or nothing stupid like that. These are all things that people I know use around the city on a general basis because of the probability of bad things happening when you don't follow these easy guidelines.
