Seriously - if I am the Cowboys, why do I want Saban? The Cowboys need a proven winner to come in and fix things, they want to win now, why would they take a chance on a great college coach who failed terribly as an NFL coach, instead of going out and getting a proven NFL coach. I don't think they are in a position to take chances.
Also, Jones & Saban are both control freaks, I'm not sure how well they would mesh.
Honestly - why would the Cowboys want him? If I was a Cowboys fan I would not be excited about taking a chance on hiring Saban.

The main reason Bama became a player again in the Saban sweepstakes was due to Sabans wife. The so called "boosters" is what effed-up other potential coaching deals when the "boosters" called coaches on their own without 1st asking UA officials..specifically Coach Moore.
For someone who is trying to show "bammers" he knows Bama football , you're doing a shitty job.

Listen Bama band wagoners. I do not follow Alabama football other than Bear Bryant I have 0 love for anything from Bama. They are to Arkansas what Texas was to us in the SWC.
No one from Arkansas is going to run out and shoot someone over a football game. No one from Arkansas would kill a family member over a football game. I would image that would go for LSU, the Mississippi schools and Auburn fans. I have learned to appreciate all fans but have no love for Alabama nor your football team. The only thing I know and really even what to know about Alabama football is that the bear was born in Arkansas. Given a war and some mistiming no doubt in my mind he could have and should have been the Razorback coach.
Your fans come off as a@@holes who just think they are better than the Chicago Bears and who feel that all SEC teams are beneath them. I hope we win and I love Razorback football but as far as following your schedule or watching your games? this will be the only Alabama game I watch this year even if you make the BCS Championship game again. I won't watch didn't last year and will not this year. You are dirty the whole nation knows this nothing but jacked up thugs who try and hurt players and I hope you all get back to the end of line soon. You all deserve to be at the end of the line not the front.

I've never understood why so many Arky fans idolize Jerry Jones. Not only is Jerry Jones a terrible control freak in the eyes of many he also has an extremely shady past.
