I think he's been pretty great so far. Haven't seen many negatives. I think he's made some mistakes, but who hasn't?

I have to be honest, being an LSU fan, I don't hear much about Smart or Nuss, Saban naturally gets the attention, but those behind the scenes guys obviously play a big part in Bamas success

This. I think it took him a while to adjust to both the SEC and what Bama's online could do last year (see the aTm game) but overall he has been fantastic.
