The titles. Any rational Bama fan would take 3 titles over the next 17 years with how the game has changed. Means we likely played and lost a couple as well. If it’s all under this new coach, it would make him possibly the 3rd best coach of all time given how hard it will be to win NCs going forward (used to even be split titles back in the days before BCS…even Saban has one of those split titles).

3 titles in this era of CFB would probably translate to 5-6 in the pre-BCS poll era.
