Shouldn't coaches take less for the opportunity to coach under the GOAT and ride that success to the NFL or HC positions?
I guess maybe Alabama looks like the program is losing ground and relevance, IDK.

It's possible. Or maybe they wanted to pay him the same or less and that's why it didn't work out.
