where were you sitting/standing during the game?

Section C about 3 rows from the top. My family came up for the game. My dad is a Bama grad. We had a good time and AJAX is always good. Especially when you don't have to pay for it.

I was literally between the SS and the goal.

Very nice. Did Henry's dunk at the end of the first half hit you in the face?

Damn near it. I felt the ground shake through the goal.

Good post HottyToddy, I wasn't as frustrated with no calls on ole miss just frustrated with the driving touches that result in 2 points. I agree Warren did a great job of taking advantage of that. I just have a problem with 7 fouls being the 1 and 1. It should be at least 10. If you have both teams shooting free throws on over the backs 94 feet from the goal and shooting free throws on every touch foul then there is a problem with the rules. That is why the refs have so much influence of the game. Hell if duke played at ole miss and they got whistled for a foul every time warren drove they would have a rough time (however we know that would never happen for duke). When a team is in the bonus with that much time to play it is impossible to play tough D. A lot of time people say "oh your a Bama homer or u mad cause Bama choked or whatever". Yeah it definitely is more frustrating when your team is the one NOT getting the calls i admit that. But I am fully aware of the games in which we are the beneficiary of the whistles. Auburn being the biggest example and even game 1 with yall. We reached a lot that game and were hardly ever whistled. I thought the UT-state game was well officiated. They both shot the same amount of free throws basically and what do you know, the road team actually had a chance

It's a shame that the refs choose to take so much influence in a game when one team is playing for an SEC title. That game was far from fairly officiated.

It's a fact. Zach Graham had 14 FT by himself, 2 less than Alabama's entire team for the game. Down the stretch the refs did everything they could to send Ole Miss to the line. It's hard to win on the road when that kind of stuff is happening. Alabama had some opportunities to win this game and still could have in spite of the refs.

I'm sure you had no problem with the refs giving Bama the game against Auburn, where over half of Bama's points came at the FT line.

Get used to it. You've gotten the same kind of homecooking all year in Tuscaloosa.

Oh sorry Bama your not the big dog in this sport and not getting all the calls. Oh no. Cry a fricking river.
Bama has been getting SEC officiating love for years. The fact that you are in the running for the SEC title should have no fricking input into the officiating. Both teams were in the bonus with 13 minutes left in the 2nd half, we decided to attack the zone and forced fouls on drives. You decided to hold the ball til the end of the shot clock and take a jumper. Don't blame that on the officiating.

Haven't you heard? Bama is becoming a Basketball Power now.
They're one game better than John fricking Pelphrey right now.
