Don't stroke out you fricking jackass. Question to ponder... is Chris Todd is a better QB than Cameron Newton? Chris Todd has a 49% completion rating in JUCO. What was his this year at Auburn? 60.4%. I'd say the quality of receivers and O-lineman have a lot to do with the production of the QB.

Todd was also recovering from a shoulder injury in JUCO.
Sounds like ya'll are the one's stroking out with all the petty name calling.
I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.
Will you be my friend?

I'm pretty sure he got shoulder surgery before spring practice last year.

Haha I know, right? I keep forgetting not to feed the flame but I think it's pretty stupid of people to think they know better than guys who get paid hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to do what they do. The fact that Curtis Luper went out to watch a WR, saw Cam and said, "We've got to get that kid", kind of tells me that at least Luper thinks he's going to be good. That's all I need.

No....he sustained the injury at the end of his JUCO career.....
Got surgery in the winter before transferring to Auburn.

Yeah his accuracy is garbage
LINK
1. 3:33
2. 6:19 (36 yd. while being hit)
3. 7:09
4. 8:03 (He threw the ball 55+ yds.)
5. 8:33 (45+ yds.)
6. 9:44
Which one do you think is the most impressive?

I'll go with 7:09 and 9:44.. 7:09 is impressive because he rolled out of the pocket, threw the ball on the run off his back foot, and placed an accurate ball 25-30 yards out...

Can't disagree with that!

Gumps have been getting owned in this thread.
Mostly because they tried to support a stupid, idiotic position and failed miserably. Not surprising though.

not trying to be a dick but i would rather malzahn felt that way and not Luper. I would trust his opinion over Lupers anyway. Dont know if Newton is the answer but one thing is for sue with the problems yall had at qb and Todd leaving this was the only route yall could take. i think it was a good move regardless of how Newton shakes out.

Trust me, Malzahn felt that way... he and Chizik were drooling.
