You never saw Saban, Meyers, Smart or Sarkisian on the golf field. Only long nights in the film room and recruiting trenches, now they’re all smiling in late success, not rummaging and grieving over Mannings and Sarkisians that kicked Floridas arse and recruited floridas top talent while hes drunk on the golf coarse

I hate to throw cold water on this nothing burger, but here goes. This year is the LAST Jackson Barrett Auction we will be holding in the Wild West. Soon, very soon, the salary cap kicks in, and players will once again have to go to teams they grew up admiring, but greed just took over. Everyone with deep pockets enjoys the recruiting and transfer portal advantage for ONE more season. Next season, what's old will become new again.
Even now, I hope Clearinghouse is proceeding to sharpen their knives and bust some kneecaps for the first school that gets caught cheating under the new rules.
