Eh.... even in the first half we played better than the score indicated. That touchdown drive only happened because of one of the worst PI calls I have ever seen in my life.(Cue LSU 2006 mention) The game itself was pretty much never in doubt.

I only saw the first half of the Auburn game and you looked just like us last week, both kinda slow in the first half. We would've scored more if it wasn't for Christian Ducre and his butterfingers.

MSU is a much improved team without Croom. The style offense Croom wanted to run requires a lot of big uglies and they are hard to recruit for any school so he wasn't able to get the offense and defense he wanted.
I still like our chances in this especially at home but MSU is a much tougher team. I'm glad you guys made a good coaching hire.

I'm glad too. Whatever happens this year I know it can't get worse than the Croom error. Also his problem with the WCO is that most offensive guys didn't like running it either.

Isn't it a sad commentary on Auburn that you even feel the need to say this? It used to be a given pretty much every year. Hard times at the barn. With that said, we were saying the same thing about Washington. Careful now.

Anyone who says Auburn will blow out MSU or vise versa doesn't know much about football. Two teams with great defense and shaky offense, no matter what happened last week.
