Wilson is good...very good. Good arm and fast. Wilson wasn’t benched, injured in the second game with an illegal horse collar tackle. Knee tendon.

Backup QB is Beau Allen, 4 star freshman with a rocket for an arm with accuracy. Also has good field management/decisions skills.

Auburn better not sleep on either.

Wilson was lost for the season with a torn patellar tendon in the second game against Eastern Michigan, incurred on a horsecollar tackle. UK put Bowden at quarterback out of necessity. Wilson’s 10-3 as a starter with some pretty decent stats...134.0 rating, 67% completions, 13 tds/8 int’s, 3.9 ypc rushing average.

Wilson is actually 12 and 3 as a starter. And all of those running plays Bowden went off on last year he can do as well. He doesn't have the same wiggle as Bowden but is much faster straight line. And of course he can actually throw the ball while Lynn barely could.

I'm going with UK. The home team has lost the last four times in this matchup so I'm hoping for a 5th.

Auburn has started the past two years with Washington and Oregon (who finished top five), and won both. Are we supposed to be scared?

I expect a very sloppy and slow start. Kentucky will start off the game better but I think when both teams settle in with a rhythm, Auburn will win late. UK 17-9 at half, AU 26-24 being the outcome.

Your lack of facts about Kentucky have led you into a dark hole of false security.

How many of Auburn’s players from past years are no longer on the team?

Based on that Louisville is great now because Johnny Unitas played there.

Totally illogical.

Sawyer Smith, transfer from Troy State. He showed some talent against E. Michigan and Florida, though turnover prone. Suffered a wrist injury that wrecked his passing game and finally pulled for Lynn Bowden.

Starting this season he is either 3rd or 4th string behind Wilson, true-Fr Beau Allen, and Joey Gatewood (who is prob #2) if eligible.

Two PAC12 teams? Maybe not scared, but probably a little worried.
