I mean we’re bound to lose some every round just via sheer volume, but just because you weren’t any good in non conference play doesn’t mean we all are.

Means we’d be on track for about 4 S16 teams, which is actually pretty good. Need at least 2 E8s and 1F4, but winning the NC is the only way to take away any doubt of who best the conference is.

could be enough for the committee to wait for the results to see if Bama deserves a #1 seed.

And considering it's a debate between Bama and Florida, I think today's game might be the decider. Take away the eye test, and our resume is probably stronger because if OOC have. If they do feel we need to beat Auburn to be the 1 seed, it's still between 2 teams from the same conference. It couldn't be easier for them to switch it last second with zero butterfly effect.

The top 4 teams in the league IMO

At least Florida has blue so they're not completely disgusting.

They said that a few years ago and we got the calls against freakin Duke.

We’ll see. I was impressed yesterday. I expect UF to win today though. If I had to rank the SEC teams with best chances to be in the Final Four:
UF
Tenn
AU

Alabama falls off without Nelson and Sears playing injured. They might not make it past round 32.

It was crazy early in the season when we looked at how deep the SEC was and somehow the conference ended up looking even stronger by tournament time.

It's basically the SEC and 2-3 random teams that could take the whole thing.

Felt like a national Final Four. Incredibly high level of basketball across the board.
