I live at university village just across the street... I've had multiple instances of hearing gun shots go.off in that area... its gone down hill since.I moved in four years ago... needless to say I will be trying to terminate my lease for next year.

It just dawned on me where this occurred. My wife was actually there until about 9 pm tonight.

Ahh ok. Man this is just fricked up. No girl is worth taking a life over.

My gf is supposed to move in there. I don't like what I am hearing now.

I just prayed for the situation. I hope everything turns out fine.

wow, just wow. No girl is ever worth this shite.

So it was at The Exchange? I lived there when I attended Auburn. This is beyond fricked up.

I'm still shocked over why this shite happened. A girl? There's 3 billion in the world, no girl is worth taking lives.

If it's the place I'm thinking of, they're very nice apartments...can't let the random act of some pussy affect your decision. That place isn't an Opelika ghetto.

Sometimes shite just isn't fair. No one deserves this, especially when it's over some chick. Seriously, guns? Why does violence always have to show up just because someone was talking to another person. CHILL THE frick OUT!

Hope your right. She is already trying to decide if their is a way out of the lease. Like most tragedies from now on things will be on lock down more than ever.

It's called University Heights now, but I believe it's the old Exchange.

I paid to watch the Pac-man/Bradley fight and signed onto here just to vent about that atrocity...this thread has kind of put everything into perspective.

I would assume there would be some type of court proceeding for a murder charge even if it is simply to plead guilty.....unless ya'll do stuff differently from everywhere else.
I see what you're saying. What I'm is that if Auburn's Police Dept makes missteps, it will really show at trial.
Not saying they're not capable, Auburn simply doesn't have that many murders.

University Heights is a pretty nice complex...by no means in a bad part
