I couldn't agree more. Now we are dictating what the parents do to make money? If it's funded through the school, then yeah I get it. But, if she paid to have merchandise made out of her own pocket then that's her right IMO.

No one is denying her right to do this and she can sell all the shirts she wishes and he can make money however he wants.

They just cant do it and have him play NCAA sanctioned sports, no one is forcing anyone to do or not do anything.

The fact that it’s a violation is pure shite. I couldn't agree more. Now we are dictating what the parents do to make money? If it's funded through the school, then yeah I get it. But, if she paid to have merchandise made out of her own pocket then that's her right IMO.
My uncle had a guy on payroll who kept his business (and home) cleaned up and in order (Willie). Late one Saturday night Unk gets a call from Willie. "Mr. ****, this is Willie and I'm calling from the city jailhouse. They done arrested me for being drunk in my own house and they got me down here and say you need to come make my bail." My uncle exclaims to Willie, "Hell! they can't arrest a man in his own house for being drunk!" There's a long pause and Willie comes back with, "Mr.****, you know that, and I know that, but that's where I'm calling you from!"
