Kennedy was a horrible hire. Should have been fired after this past season... Even Turgeon was able to take this team to the tourney. Kennedy is undoing all of BCG and Turgeons success. He sucks.

I don't have an issue with that jump. BCG came from CUSA and Turge came from MIssouri Valley. I'm not sure if its his illness that is holding him back or if he's just not a great motivator. His teams don't play with near enough intensity.

Both mid majors. You can jump from mid-major to Big 6 as that is a "next level" leap. Ohio Valley is a 1-bid league. You go "1-bid" to "mid-major", you don't skip mid-major and go straight to "big 6".

Historically, we're the worst program in the SEC. I don't know how that refutes my claims that a) the SEC has good basketball and that b) Auburn sucks.

Really, we are not that bad. I think we are probably the 8th best bball team right now in the SEC and will continue to get better going into SEC play.

Damn I used to really care about Aggie basketball. Turgeon constantly got us into the tourney and we were competitive. Granted, football was a complete abortion (except for our 9-4 season in 2010) while I was in school so thats why I put emphasis on basketball.
Now that basketball sucks and football is on the rise, everything is right in the world. Billy Kennedy is a zombie when he coaches. No emotion, nothing. Dude is boring as frick. I fall asleep listening to his press conferences. Need an energy guy.

Last year we couldn't fire him because he had Parkinsons. Another sub-.500 year should be all we need to know, or else we will return to the Watkins days.

No but seriously, how the frick do you relate to a guy like that when you are a 17-18 year old kid coming out of high school? The guy has no emotion at all. I would not want to play for him. I have never seen the guy raise his voice or yell. You need to build that presence as a coach and he definitely does not have it.
