Auburn friends, did Landon Rice quit the team?

There's a rumor going around Auburn Undercover and BOL that he left the team yesterday. Is this true?
I remember him as a recruit last year and he was a good player.
ETA: Further reading of the rumor thread on BOL is pointing towards a possible sexual assault issue. What gives?

He has left he team for personal reasons...not sure if temporary or permanent. Word is that he has withdrawn from school but none of this is confirmed. A friend of the family told me that they are tight lipped but have been asking for prayers for over a week. All I know

I heard the whole team walked out and yesterday's practice was just Gus & his boy toy tossing a ball around.

This is what Im hearing. Hopefully it isn't true, but I think anything that even mentions sexual assault or anything close has to be treated as carefully as possible now, and should be.
outside of football itself, I really hope this turns out to be nothing. Id hate for a young girl to have this on her, and for a young man to have this on him as well. Two young lives affected that much is a bad, sad thing

Well if it is on BOL, then it must be true. He has missed a couple of practices and has some personal issues. From there BOL and your Bama brothers will add rumor, innuendo and out right lies, etc.
