It's slots with little video bingo cards attached to make them legal. Only someone with clout (or ability to pay off the right people) can run something like this if they are not part of the Indian tribes who have federal authority to do so.

Actually I think Greenetrack is running and hasn't stopped for more than a few weeks since this bingo thing got started. Are they running dogs/horses? No, the track is trashed and grown over.

Pull off on that exit and it's a charity bingo on every corner. (at least the last time I pulled over there)
