I agree auburn always overachieves--theyre a tough team. Honestly though their team seems undersized and young. Also, they are bringing in 2 new coordinators. 8-4 seems realistic and I think most auburn fans would be happy with that given the circumstances.

Still a touch young when compared to the other top teams, most top teams prefer to RS so the other teams will likely be a year older than us at many positions but that is better than 2 years older, far less of a gap.

OL is the area to watch, how it goes goes our season. If it comes together really well we could have a strong season, if it struggles we will still struggle this season. Also QB is an obvious area of need for improvement, but that was strongly tied to OL last year.

Defense should be much improved over last year but it will have some growing pains. Secondary and DL should be anchors of this defense, the LBs are much improved but minimal depth there could hurt us if injuries pile up.

I think our starters can keep us in any game this season from a talent standpoint. But with a new defense and new offense as well as new faces at key spots we will have some amazing games and some WTF games early on.

If we always "overachieve" doesn't that mean the definition of what everyone believes we are should change?

Not bad...but the problem was you took the thread seriously. I think there is a sticky coming soon that no serious conversations are to occure here.

If MSU happens to pull a miracle out of its arse and beat AU, what are the chances this guy starts wearing an "Order Restored" t-shirt?

I think Auburn goes 8-4. Auburn will beat a team they arent expected to beat and they will lose to a team that they arent expected to lose to.

What I'm thinking.

On a side note, for some reason I had you in the stowed away in the troll drawer. Your last couple posts have me thinking I made a mistake somewhere along the line.

Excited about Kiehl Frazier and the new coaches think we will have a pretty decent year!

OLine recruiting in Chizik's first two years has screwed us

The only guys left from 2009/2010 that would be upperclassmen are Chad Slade and Tunde

These guys are all out of the program

Aubrey Phillips
Ed Christian
Eric Mack
Rozell Gayden
Shon Coleman
Andre Harris

Also the fact that we didn't recruit a real QB till Keihl Frazier and he can't read a defense

8-4 with the ability to upset someone as well as lose to someone we should beat. We will be competitive can't see us losing by 14+
