Or are you saying Auburn doesn't like moral victories? because I seem to remember Auburn posters making a big deal over beating Georgia and Alabama in the regular season in football, while both teams played for the National Championship.

FTR, I could care less if you cut them down or if you didn't....far as I am concerned you won. You can do what you want and screw anybody that doesn't like it. I think CNB was just making the point that South Carolina was made fun of because they cut the nets down when they went to the Final Four.
Congrats on the title. I've been giving Auburn fans a hard time today, but mainly in threads in which Auburn fans have been taking cheap shots at Georgia.

Cutting down the nets when your clinch you Confrence Championship is normal.
In basketball the regular season champ is the legit champ, the tournament is just for seeding and to help sort out what bubble teams belong or don't.

Who knew we would ever win a championship in Basketball for it to be thrown back in my face?
Also, I’m not 100% sure I actually made fun of SCar for it but it sounds like something I’d do and I vaguely remember CNB getting pissed at me last year for making fun of SCar in some way
