He should have offered to marry her...I would have, w/o incriminating myself on a txt message or at least talk face to face with her...this kid is a goner.

This is not the place to bring up such an issue. It's not related to SEC sports, and bringing it up here immediately disrespects those involved by talking about it in a sports related context.
That being said, kudos to those who have expressed sympathy for the victim and shame for the crime. For anyone thinking this is an appropriate subject to make jokes or focus on how it affects a football team, I hope you re-evaluate your comments and think about whether this subject should be trivialized.

Honestly pathetic how quick he goes from "apologizing" to trying to get her to keep her mouth shout.
Kids a POS and I'm glad he got himself gone this early, I just wish he didn't have to hurt somebody to do it.

This guy couldn't even last one semester in college without screwing up. He will have plenty of time to think about his crime while in prison.
