I wonder what Marshall will say in the huddle as Auburn prepares to mercy knee State

No, meaning going into Grindfest.
That is not what you said...but going into the MSu game, NM has more TDs and less INTs than KF.

So if Auburn played State three weeks from now, would you still use this same justification?
Yes, Clemson was a solid football team last year, but it was their first game with a new DC... and Frazier hit blake on a long bomb/busted coverage for a TD... wasn't even that good of a throw, IIRC... more like a punt.

Isn't this exactly what Marshall did on 1/2 of his only TD's against a terrible Arky St defensive unit?
These 2 are practically carbon copies, except Frazier did it against better competition.

Yes, they both threw well thrown bombs for TDs.

Frazier (Clemson)
11/27...194 yards... 1 TD/1 INT....9 rush/-9 yards
Marshall (Wazzou, ASU)
20/36...246 yards... 2 TD/0 INT.... 18 rush/80 yards
I don't necessarly think Frazier's competition was was that much better than Marshall, but regardless of the defenses.... Higher completion percentage, no picks, more rush yards.
obviously, we've got to get more product out of the QB position moving forward.

Meh...CU finished 68th in total D. WSU and Arky St are in the Top 38 this year.

Marshall is very overrated. He reminds me of Vick. He can run, but his throwing is definitely less than adequate. If State shuts down the run and has some offensive production, the dawgs win.

Frazier (Clemson): sacked twice
Marshall (WSU, ASU): not sacked

Ark Pine Bluff and USC O's haven't exactly looked the '99 Rams

All I see on here is posts about how great he is. Someone put his name in the same sentence as Cam Newton. He is far from a Cam Newton. I watched the WSU game and unless his accuracy improves, you will understand what I mean after he plays a stiffer defense.

No one is saying he's great. We all agree he's improving and is competent enough to keep us in the game.

The sentence was, "He is not Cam."

fwiw, i looked on ESPN and it has Marshall being sacked once.... might be the fumble, which really wasn't on the OL, he just dropped the ball.
