Your acting like Parker came to Auburn and took over the compliance department. What makes you think that?

I simply stated he was at both institutions at both times, both issues arose. That would seem to make him a player in both.

That would be false.

His name has never been mentioned at all in the case involving Cam. It has always been Rich McGlynn

I stand corrected. It was April of this year he came on, wasn't it?

Which makes it even more curious that he was hired, as the NCAA and his interviews with them had to have occured before his hire.

Because he wasn't at AU until April. He was the compliance director at GT. You know, the one that the NCAA didn't name but drug through the mud.

Yes. I suspect he has had some interesting meetings on the plains since the GT sanctions were handed down.

It's all good. We are both throwing shite out and neither of us knows what happened, but it helps pass the time.

I believe so ~ he bolted to AU just a couple of months before the hammer was laid on Tech.

Which makes a person wonder what kind of back-ground check AU does on folks before they hire them?

How do you rationalize keeping him on board?

But I think he was hired before the NCAAs ruling came out and I suspect he didn't know he was going to get called out like that by the NCAA.

But he was not allowed to discuss ongoing investigations. Maybe now that its out in the open Auburn is asking about his involvement in the GT mess.

Without confronting him specifically, I can't and won't. It is not my job. It doesn't look good though.

Wait. Why did Coach Chizik ask about the Cam investigation during the coaches meeting?

He weasled his way in at AU...

Dang, I bet he's been put under some intense questioning from his old running buddy McGlynn..

You've been around here long enough to know that there is not a ongoing investigation at Auburn, had he known they were still investigating something that happened with Cam, that did not involve Auburn, he wouldn't have asked.
