I am not discouraged by this hire. I think we could have found a more proven head coach but at least we are hiring someone with a track record of winning. He took our terrible offense once before and turned it around his first year here. His offense was ok last year but he had people holding him back. I am convinced we will be a top 30 offense if not better next year and thats light years above what we have now, even with the current roster. I just hope he can hire someone that will improve the defense and stay out of their way. Develop the talent that they recruit, become tougher and stronger across the board. I do not think this is a terrible hire and actually can see some upside.

Eh, Cam wasn't the Cam you all know and love when he left Florida. Unless you want to give all credit to his JuCo coaches.
