Freeze is the worst disciplinarian that has ever walked the sideline.
He just wants to win.
Nothing about developing men from boys. He is as responsible as anyone for the failure of his players lack of character.
Every team has problem kids but most coaches try to help develop a quality, disciplined young man or they don't play.
Freeze has helped to ruin these young men.
