Back in the old days....football players, regardless of age or class were forced to live in the Athletic Dorm.

Should the SEC have made teams return to this type of setup for this season?

Would it have helped?

NB4...cowards, melting, muh decline, one hit wonders

I believe Auburn still puts them all together, at least the ones who live on campus. They put them with ROTC students.

Most athletes live in the South Donahue dorm. The university has to cap the percentage of student athletes living in that dorm to 51%. Since it's the best dorms on campus, any higher percentile would be considered a NCAA violation. I'm almost entirely certain that the ROTC doesn't have a designated living area. Majority of them live off-campus or in the Hill. Anybody is able to live in the South Donahue dorm so long as their parents are rich and can afford to drop 6K per semester.
