Oh, I dunno, maybe finding out there is actually some lack of institutional control? That might not be good

Holy frick, Longhorn fans just can't wake up from their wet dream that Manziel will somehow bring down A&M. I guess when you suck on the field, that's all you have left... dreams.

Well, if that is the case and the actual brokers and Uncle Nate arranged all of the sessions outside the state of Texas, then the TX laws are a moot point.

Lawd, some are seriously grasping at straws. This is about as useless as the "illegal phone recording" that broke Connecticut laws they kept throwing up last week.

Why do so many of you aggies come on this board and not claim to be aggie fans in your profile? Is it so you can brag about A&M and not get fingered for being a fanboy? Why are you guys so desperate to be accepted and loved by the rest of the SEC. It's not going to be any different here, in that regard, that it was in SWC or BIG12. Not because of anything the SEC fans do, but because you guys will eventually lash out at every fan base in the SEC when they don't give you the unreasonable, sycophantic recognition you feel you deserve or agree with your conspiracies that you got screwed out of something else you feel you had the god given right to. Just as it has always been with you guys.

Gerry Dinardo is an ex LSU coach.

My guess is that this guy is a LSU fan.

By the way the only fanbase that didnt give us credit on our season last year were the swamp kittens. And thats because they beat us, in Kyle Field.

1/10 Troll attempt.

We would demolish any Big 12 team last year or this year. (check your boys in the Cotton Bowl)

Why would full faith and credit not apply? It isn't about where the activity occured, it is about the damages, and Texas A&M is very much an in-state institution...

I don't think that I made any case to the contrary. What is your point?

Also, if you pussy's hadn't fled the Big12 and dominated it like you claim you would have last year, would you have won the conference?, gone undeafeted? What bowl game would that have put you in?

Running through an easy Big 12 schedule doesn't prepare you for the post season... As BCS records well indicate.

Why would we not leave the Big 12... for the best conference in the Nation... Someone is a little worried that the declining TU program is going to result in Mack Brown not getting as many 5* recruit to completely undercoach and underpreform with.

Its okay if youre mad.

This should apply to deals done anywhere assuming that the specific brokers at issue have offered and/or sold memorabilia on the internet to people in Texas. If they've ever sold anything in Texas (not just Johnny's stuff), then they've "enjoyed the privileges and benefits of conducting business in Texas" which makes them subject to personal jurisdiction here. Assuming that the broker neither lives in Texas nor maintains an office in Texas, then A&M could sue them in Brazos County state court, serve them outside of Texas, and require them to defend themselves in our backyard.
