Yeah it is for sale. It is like when I have a client that says it is not about the money, it is always about the damn money. He just wanted to advertise it was for sale.
Quite frankly, the ESPN story may be enough since the guy said he paid Manziel. But that is bluebook heresay. Which they say they dont use anymore, but some sports reporters said they used tons of it in USC's case.
The simple truth in they are going to do whatever they want to do. (Again it is not a court proceeding or due process situation) The bad thing is they are so burned over the Scam Newton shite you get the feeling that they want to redeem themselves,

Lightfoot hired by tamu? So they are circling the wagons. I joked in page 30 or so that Sumlin needed to hire Trooper and Chizik as consultants, that they were available, but tamu has done gone straight to the top of the 'lawyering up' world.
