Kirby has recruited better but it's hard to argue with the results. They've been very similar so far.
Only because MR was very, very good his first five years.
One thing besides recruiting that is different, is that when Kirby is losing, he's losing to top ten teams the past two years. RIcht kept getting beat by barely top 25 UF teams which cost him a shot at the national title.

It's not really insulting when the results have been good. He's a brand new head coach, just like Richt was. The on field results have been just about the same. Recruiting has been better than it was under Richt. There's no insult in the truth.

Someone has probably already said this and I'm not gonna bother to read through this whole thing. But if any trouble with NCAA at all over this, it will be minor as what I'm hearing the firing was over minor violations. She gave out too much athletic apparel and too many hotel rooms for family members or something like that. She was fired because she did it again after being warned. That's coming from some pretty good sources.
