The two teams could be named A and B for all I care, I'd still be curious as to why the one with the better resume who lost earlier in the season is the one trailing.
Because "better resume" is highly subjective. The computers ignore winning margin, and thus, FLA looks great according to the computers but not to human voters.
Anybody who has watched any of their games this year knows they have a really stout defense and a dumpster fire of an offense. They've been winning ugly and are in the place they are courtesy of a last second punt block and TD return (a great defensive play). Their offense isn't doing much to put them into position to win games.

Aren't you forgetting to put 21-0 and 21-17?
Isn't that what yall do?
Run out of arguments so start posting scores and GIFs?

So, the reason you won't answer his question is the apostrophe placement. Noted.
I answered in the very next sentence. Keep reading before you reply.

I'm still trying to figures out how you don't "get" the fact that UF has better resume.
I think it would make more sense to try to figure out why the people in charge of the computers and voting don't get the fact that UF has the better resume instead of Joe Sixpack on the Internet.

The voters probably forgot how Alabama runs football.

Style points are for figure skating, brah.
LOL, riiiiight. I'm not even gonna analyze this one because Crimson Fever has done a spot on job of it already right below your post.

iglass, take your logic shite back to TI, you're out of your league here. It's like being on the quad during election night.

Your signature win was pretty damn ugly though. So, there's that.

You mean the computers forgot? The voters haven't.

Your answer was basically, "I don't care."

Florida is coming off a few seasons of struggling
This is the biggest factor. Recent success (or lack thereof) certainly affects current voting.

Herein lies the most interesting question posed on this board in a while.
I'm a LSU fan first and foremost. I hope FSU beats UF handily then loses there CCG. I hope SCar beats Clemson. I hope ATL is a blowout one way or the other. I hope UT beats KSU. I hope Beavers beat the Ducks, because that's all the shite that has to happen for LSU to get an auto-BCS bid.
ORRRRRRR.............AU beats UA
Option A is morelikely than option B
all this is assuming LSU wins in Fayetteville, which I don't assume.

Yeah, I can see where it seems to be somewhat of a strange concept round these parts.

LSU is projected to go to the Sugar Bowl anyway, so frick it and win out.

Florida: 3-1 vs. Top 15, combined margin of victory 36
Alabama: 1-1 vs. Top 15, combined margin of victory -1
Nothing subjective about it. Unless you're from Alabama, I guess.

Looking like a pile of frick against Louisiana-Lafeyette, Bowling Green, and Jacksonville State seems to affect voting.
How fricking odd is that?
Only to corndogs, ate up with this:

The only strange thing is the fact that college football is the only sport in the world that uses the eyeball test.
Ask the Detroit Tigers or the New York Giants how they feel about eyeball tests.
