You have to be blind to not see Josh has done well up there. They aren’t top 5 year but they are winning. But like all of us they will be tested and time will tell. But I like their offense.

If LSUs defense plays like it did today then I will not be surprised if LSU beats Tennessee.

Miss States offense is every bit as hard or harder to stop than Tennessees. You are delusional if you think Tennessee blows LSU out lol

I have to dispute this, to a point. We are good, but not great.

We are presently better than TAMU, LSU, Mizzou, Auburn, USC, Texas, Memphis.. etc.

If you for one minute do not think a Bobby Petrino coached Mizzou State would beat the majority of the above after having all season to plan for them, you are a fool.

The dude is one of the top 3-5 playcallers in the game at any level. Offensively, he is incredible...

This isn't some afterthought we are speaking of. I know they are what they are, but with some incredible transfers who were at a much higher level. Take a look at their roster and breakdowns. Anywho... wps

I think we can give every team on our schedule a game, but we've still got a long way to go.

I feel good with our staff and direction though for the first time in a decade+

Maybe, do feel like the gap across the sec has closed. Interested in Bama vs Tenn, Ole Miss, and Arky this year.

Georgia tore them apart last year on their field - as always. They were saying the very same things before that game that they are saying now. Heck they were spouting the same crap when Butch Jones was running their team. They beat a few bad teams and according to them it’s time to book a room for the Natty. Been hearing this nonsense for years and years. I’m not buying

A team coming off a 3-7 record the year prior with a first year HC said all that?

You're full of shite

That’s what your fans say each and every year. It’s always THE year for UT. Y’all were pounding your chests and predicting a arse whipping last year. It was confidence overload until reality set in. Like it always does when UGA plays UT. What was that final again? I lost count once UGA hit 40 and put the scout team in

Ok. I’ll play. When was the last time Ole Miss played Georgia? Don’t worry I’ll answer for you. 2016. Number 12 Georgia rolled in to Oxford with first year head coach Kirby Smart. Ole Miss 45 Georgia 14. Ole Miss finished with 2 conference wins and the end of Hugh Freeze. Tailspin city. You’re judging Josh Huepel on his first season? Wow!

And as much as I care less for Tennessee I haven’t seen their fans talking Natty. Not in football. They only made that mistake in baseball. We corrected that minor typographical error.

If the offense can score before a minute left in the first half, they could end up 9-3. LSU put up 31 points in the last 31 minutes of the game. Imagine if they can just get off to a better start.

As you said it was Kirby’s first year. But the difference is it was Kirby Smart and he coaches Georgia. Not a no name coach at a school that discards head coaches like Kleenex. This UT coach is the Vols latest savior - in a long line of saviors - and we all know that goes. Big build up, predictions of immediate greatness, beating their chests at anyone who will listen. Win a few games against some little sisters and then reality hits. Hard. I’ve seen this show before and it’s getting pretty boring

You're lying your arse off

You weren't a member on this board the last time UT football fans peacocked on here and Robert Goulet was letting his nuts hang.

I wasn’t on this board then but heard the Vols. Calling into sports shows and running their mouths. This isn’t the only sports board and they were making some big boasts on those too like they always do. You know. Gonna whip Georgia, tear up Bama and destroy Florida, blah blah, blah. Not even gonna be close. We are BACK babee! The usual nonsense. This year is no different. It was the same under Jeremy, Butch and the rest of the UT failed coaching fraternity. They need need some new material. This stuff is really getting stale

Sorry. Not buying it. That was Kirby Smart not some no named coach is your defense of the woodshed against a crappy Ole Miss team in his first year. Yet last year a first year coach was playing the best Georgia team ever. And he sucks because you haven’t heard of him.

I don’t know your age but I seem to remember this no name coach winning a national title as a QB for a young Bob Stoops at Oklahoma. 2000.....ring a bell? He was the AP player of the year and a heisman runner up. Pretty sure Kirby wasn’t as a player. I am Kirby Smart’s age. I never heard of his football exploits until he worked for Saban.

Coming on here and trashing UT fans for claiming things no one has heard but you makes you look dumb. So stop.
