To answer your question about Anderson at UAB and Mizzou from earlier....
Anderson led UAB to at least 20 wins every year of his 4 years there. In 2003-04 they were C-USA champions and made it to the Sweet 16. He had them in the post season all 4 years. 3 NCAAs and NIT his first season.
At Mizzou he inherited a mess of a program and I believe Mzzou fans will admit that. By year three he had Mizzou at 31 wins and an Elite 8 with a Big 12 conference tourney title. He won at least 23 games his final two years and made the NCAAs in those seasons. The current senior class at Mizzou, who were recruited by MA, will leave Mizzou as the winningest class in school history. 3 of those years and 77 of those wins were under Anderson. As a head coach, he averages 21.8 wins per season.

And of course Arkansas fans believe he is more than capable because he was here for 17 years. In those years Arkansas made 3 Final Fours, played for the title 2 times winning one. Won 9 conference titles, 13 NCAAs, 6 Sweet 16s, 4 Elite 8s.
