It took ~ 20 years for ark/USCe to become relevant. I'm predicting about the same for mizzou.

Missouri and Arkansas don't have enough history to be rivals. But I can see how A&M and LSU might be. There's good history, fairly close geographically, and it hurts like a mother when y'all lose to A&M.

I've driven from Missouri through Arkansas Mississippi and Louisiana to Alabama. We cannot claim a trailer park trophy.
