I have Hawgalude on the new ignore feature still so I'm not sure he can see what I post. I'll help you out, Stonehog. "You" refers to the person that the speaker is addressing (in this case the speaker is me). "Knothead(s)" means the same thing as "You". It can be used interchangeably.
I could say, "How are you doing?" Or, "How is knothead doing?"
You = Knothead. Knothead = You.
