If you can't get Gus, it's best to get his #1 disciple.
But seriously, it is a great hire. Morris was due for a big job. And he looks like a guy who has it together and demands respect from his players.
EDIT: BTW he and Gus are pretty tight. Probably one of Gus's best friends in coaching next to Hugh Freeze (just make sure Morris doesn't hit the escort services).
