Mississippi State played a walk on at safety, DL, LB, and WR. Their QB was a true freshman. Both RBs were a true freshman. Two WRs were true freshmen. Freshmen on both lines. Starting corner was a true freshman. State's best defensive player was lost on the second play of the game to a targeting call.
GTFO with your sorry excuses. State's played 5 games this year where they've had less than the minimum allowed of 53.
