I do hope Arkansas can get back to at least a 7 win team. Paying schools big money to schools like North Texas while losing is just bs. Its a dis-service to the fans for sure.

About Stromberg...
He was overweight at about 320 and playing tackle before the wreck.
The wreck and subsequent lost weight caused him to rebuild his body.
The move inside was very beneficial for him, film was not available for a while of what he was doing inside at guard. Hogs found him, did their best to hide him until last minute to not draw attention by other majors.
He has a ton of upside. Now, we have to see if we can develop it.

But that's the actual key

Reread your own post

If you realize they are to be developed, you take athletes at 220-240 pounds and you develop them. You sign tight ends to become offensive linemen. They become 300 pound monsters who can move and punch.

Instead of 17 year old 310 pounds who "look great on film" mashing 195 pounders.

as an AU fan that has watched the OL recruiting get worse every year under coach overhishead i think i can make you feel better by telling you that we will be glad to take every damn one of them off of your hands since it appears we can't recruit anyone outside a 1A high school starter

Bert left us with a team cancer. he also completely skipped a cycle on both lines. We'll be back to the way it was to begin the decade in no time. Remember, Arkansas was 3rd and began the decade with back to back double digit win seasons and top 10 finishes.

This 27 man class still averaged 3.5 * while being completely needs focused. We upgraded bigtime at WR and D-Line. We added mad depth to the O-Line and D-Lines. and we did it coming off a 2 win season. 17 4*s....

#2) In the post I was responding to he referenced your Oline class, which is entirely comprised of 3*’s.

my bad, 16. I didnt see where they downgraded Taurean Carter.

If you are a 4* average between 247sports and Rivals, you are a 4*. I dont count ESPN as they are trash. You dont have to be a goddamn unanimous 4* to be a 4*.

Oh, and Mizzou still only has 1 no matter which service you use lmao.

I’m using 247 composite, the jndustry standard. Sorry if it hurt your feelings.

But yeah they can be a 4* if someone anywhere calls them a 4*.

That’s a great class. We signed 21 5*’s because I said so.

Go watch stromberg's senior highlights. Playing in the highest classification in oklahoma. The kid's offers are not indicative of his skills.

Kid was 320. Got in a wreck. Then redefined his body and lost 40 lbs. At 320 he had the highest sparq rating of any guard in the country. Now he is 40 lbs lighter and runs like a deer. Has a great frame and will play at 300-310 easily.

Evryone knows that ESPN is biased and they suck. The "composite" includes their shitty data. I dont use it- I DO use the TWO biggest/best services- 247's ACTUAL ratings (not average composite which includes inferior/biased datasets) and Rivals. THEY are the Industry Standard, partner. Not Scout and ESPN.

The problem with that Chad have not improved any of your guys over the course of the season! That is going to be your head coach biggest failure! He may recruit very well but got to coach them. What I have seen so far this year he just not a very good head coach to get your players to compete against the already good to great teams to beat them down the road!
