Can't even be mad at finishing closer to arky than 3rd place. Did kirani get extra eligibility or what?

I actually love track and field. Congrats once again to the Hogs. Ole Miss is quietly becoming a very good track and field program. Connie Price-Smith has us competing well. Now we just need to go find us a couple of elite sprinters.

Great win indoors for both the men and women. Congrats to Bama on pushing us to the limit in men's track and a tip of the hat to the Lady Tigers track team who are the gold standard in women's track and field. They've been down from their glory years lately but that is the sort of score you see from a team that is getting ready to make a push back to national prominence.

I am a bit surprised that Florida did not do better, they have been on fire in track lately, and Ole Miss is quietly building a track program that can compete with the best of them. Also I see Kentucky has a little something going on with their women's track team.

Conference can have vastly different, and often times deceiving, results compared to how they'll compete at nationals due to the team sizes.

Negative on Kirani. Talked to his coach (my former HC) in January. He did not run indoors this year either.
Congrats Hogs! Always been jealous of that program!

WTF happened to Tennessee's track program? They used to be pretty good.

Hardly.
66 of the points on the mens side came from the 800 and up. No denying that Vanhoy has brought in some crazy quick transfers and that Ole Miss has one of the best middle distance squads in the country they are hardly anywhere close to a complete team especially with the SEC being so weak in the distance events.

I'm not gonna to pretend to understand why bucknam red shirts a lot of his top distance guys during indoors or if they are injured or whatever.
